App Login Trouble+-
If you’re experiencing problems logging in to the mobile app:
- Make sure your device isn’t auto-correcting your mobile code or username and password
- Select the menu in the upper right corner on the login screen, then choose Login Trouble to refresh the app
If you’re still having problems,
- Check to make sure there are no software updates available for your device
- Delete and reinstall the app
