To reset your password, select Lost Password? on the app sign-in page, or Forgot Password on the web version.

  

Follow the directions to enter your username, and the email address listed in your member profile.

If entered correctly, you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

If you do not receive an email, contact your directory administrator for help. Their contact information is on the app’s sign-in page.

Usernames are not case sensitive
Passwords are case sensitive

Your family members may be able to reset your password, too.  If they can edit your member profile, they can enter a new password in the password field, click update, and share the new password with you.
